Then once it's managed to update those i repeat the process untill all mods are up to date. It took several tries to even update a single one. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details.
It was working yesterday after the release. And IE isn't an unsafe browser. I am not gonna argue with you about IE browser safety there are numerus tests on the interwebs available or just watch any hacker con to see how much time they need to brake IE i don't think they even bother now anyway , if you want 2 use Microsoft browser just use Edge then.
