This is the kind of books that I wanna always read.. When you read something honest and direct.. Without pretending or making things up This is one of the best books I have ever read.
Who is more honest then a Chef - or "boss" as his assistants used to call him- telling you that it is all about money.. It is not about love.. It all comes down to money.. It is simply addiction I love everything about this book. The photographs, the recipes, the stories that were told, the statements of different chefs admitting the greatness of Marco Pierre White.. Even Gordon Ramsay said: "Marco is a British institution" This book has entirely changed the culinary world.
It made it alive and inspiring. Marco made young people starving and seeking the dream of being cooks and owning their restaurants and having their brigades, And I am one of them. I admit. I saw myself in Marco.. I saw that he represents me. This book will live with me forever.
