Do better. I need offline access to my files and to be able to download more than one file at once. When I originally selected neat, I could synch files with my local computer which was a great feature. When asking about this, I keep getting told that their engineering department is working on this feature.
On the one hand, the fact that they answered me is an improvement, On the other hand, it's the same answer I've gotten for years. It seems pretty clear that Neat hasn't prioritized this and doesn't understand the level of customer frustration with this problem.
